I Saloni WorldWide Moscow Great outcome for the 8th edition of the Saloni WorldWide Moscow: the 41,669 professional visitors and 307 journalists (+15.26% and 39.455 on previous year respectively) not just from Russia but especially from the Countries in its geo-political basin, such as Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine together with the participation of 516 exhibitors, Italian and foreign, ranged over 35% more net exhibition space than 2011, reconfirm this event as the benchmark Italian Home Furnishing trade fair in Russia and the Post-Soviet states.
This has also been the 8th edition of SaloneSatellite WorldWide Moscow where 34 designers showcased the best of Russia's and Post-Soviet states’ young creative talent.
The Master Classes – organised by Cosmit and FederlegnoArredo in collaboration with the Italian Trade Promotion Agency-ICE and the Ministry for Economic Development – were also a great success. During the first three days architects Flavio Albanese, Rodolfo Dordoni and Roberto Peregalli/Laura Sartori Rimini of Studio Peregalli were interviewed by Olga Kosyreva, design journalist and critic, about the evolution of design and the shifting customer base over the last decade as well as the main developmental strands.
The next Saloni WorldWide Moscow will be held from 16 to 19 October 2013.
